Request for Proposals (RFP)
Richland County Youth and Family Council is seeking proposals for evidence-based services to improve the well-being of children and maintain children safely at home, or if not at home, in the most family-like setting available within the community.
Proposals are being solicited for the provision of youth services for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Proposals must be received by 4:00 PM, Friday, April 10, 2026 to be considered.
