SPECIAL DATE:  THIS MEETING will be held on the SECOND Thursday of May 2019. 

The Richland County Youth and Family Council will hold their monthly board meeting the FIRST Thursday of each month.  The meeting begins at 1:30 p.m. and will conclude by 3:00 p.m.  The meetings are held in the Board room at the Richland County Mental Health and Recovery Board at 87 East First Street, Suite L, Mansfield, Ohio 44902 unless otherwise noted.
