The Richland County Youth and Family Council Finance Committee (Pooled Fund) meeting is normally held the first Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. in the Board room of the Mental Health and Recovery Board located at 87 East First Street, Suite L, Mansfield, OH 44902.

The Council observes open meeting rules, as outlined in Ohio Revised Code 121.22 (Sunshine Act)
