The Richland County Youth and Family Council will be holding a special meeting on Friday, November 15, 2019, at 1:00 p.m., in the Boardroom of the Mental Health and Recovery Board, 87 East First Street, Suite L, Mansfield, OH 44902.

The purpose of this special meeting is to discuss the open Council Service Coordinator position.  The meeting will adjourn into Executive Session for the following:

• Executive Session – Personnel matters - To consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee or official; - roll call vote
