April 2015 RFP Released

The Richland County Youth and Family Council is  seeking proposals to address parenting pre-teen to transitional age youth to assist these youth in preparing for independence.  The Council would also be interested in proposals that provide supportive services and vocational training to adolescents to prepare them for skilled jobs and independence.  Additionally, the services proposed must be utilized for families and youth being referred by the Council or one of its funding agencies.
